YAMEI is the brand of Meiya Trading Firm (美雅贸易商行), based in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China. We supply customized full-size perfume bottles and perfume packaging for projects that need a practical route from requirements to delivery.
Our role is to review the brief, plan a practical quantity, coordinate suitable components and processes, support sampling, follow production, and keep one direct point of communication for the complete empty bottle and packaging project.

- Payment and shipping
- Full payment when the order is placed. Freight, import duties and taxes are excluded from reference product prices; responsibilities and trade terms follow the confirmed quotation.
Catalogue references do not guarantee stock or compatibility. Availability, bottle–pump–cap fit, insert dimensions, price and schedule are confirmed for each project.

Why YAMEI was started
Packaging discussions often start with appearance and end up blocked by production conditions. A drawing can look finished while the neck finish, cap weight, print area and quantity are still unresolved. My aim is to make those limits visible earlier, so the bottle, components and box work as one finished result.
YAMEI was founded in Nanjing in 2023 by Wang Qing, after several years coordinating projects between overseas B2B buyers and Chinese manufacturers.
The company started from a problem that kept repeating in fragrance packaging projects. A new brand was usually forced to choose between generic stock packaging with very little design freedom, and fully custom production with minimums far beyond a first launch. Even when a suitable bottle was found, the cap, pump, collar and box often came from different production systems, so a small brand had to manage several suppliers before selling a single bottle.
YAMEI combines existing structures, custom finishing and specially developed components into one coordinated specification. The brand receives a single packaging result, while glass, components and paper packaging are produced by specialist stages working to the same confirmed drawing.
This supports a smaller first order without repackaging an ordinary stock catalogue as a custom service. As sales volume and development budget grow, a semi-custom specification can move step by step toward brand-owned molds.

Production & Certification
Where the glass bottles are made
YAMEI’s glass perfume bottles are produced at an affiliated glass factory in China in which YAMEI holds a stake, on automatic forming lines with flame finishing and inspection on site. YAMEI coordinates the specification, samples and inspection for each project. The photos below are from the affiliated factory’s production floor.

Quality has to be defined before it can be checked. Every project should have an approved sample or a written specification listing the points that actually affect design and use. Bulk inspection works against those confirmed items rather than a general promise of high quality.

What kind of perfume packaging supplier is YAMEI?
YAMEI is a China-based supplier and project coordination partner in Nanjing, Jiangsu. We coordinate empty perfume bottles, compatible caps and spray pumps, decoration, boxes and inner trays. Bottle-only, packaging-only and combined projects are available. We do not supply perfume liquid, formulation or filling services, and do not claim that every production stage takes place in one factory.
Can YAMEI support a 300 or 500 piece perfume bottle order?
Catalogue combinations start from 300 pieces, subject to availability and component compatibility. Logo printing starts from 300 pieces; spray color coating starts from 3,000 pieces. Own-mold bottles start from 5,000 pieces on an automatic line. Custom caps start from 300 pieces in artificial stone, 3,000 in resin or 5,000 in zinc alloy, plus a separately quoted mold fee; spray pumps are supplied from stock. A complete set follows the highest applicable minimum; existing stock components may suit smaller orders.
How should a buyer verify a bottle and packaging project before ordering?
Confirm the bottle model or drawing, capacity, neck finish, pump and cap fit, decoration artwork, box dimensions, quantity and delivery destination in writing. Request a sample and assess the assembled components with your actual perfume and filling process. Catalogue photographs alone do not establish fit, current stock or a final production specification.
What should be confirmed before paying YAMEI?
Request a project-specific quotation and pro forma invoice stating the agreed products, quantities, currency, payment stages, sample approval requirements and delivery terms. Check the beneficiary details against the invoice and verify any requested bank-detail change directly with your established contact. A transfer receipt is evidence of a submitted payment, not confirmation that funds have arrived.
