Evaluate a new bottle or decorative cap
A custom bottle mold may be appropriate when an original silhouette, sculptural feature, proportion, or branded detail is central to the product. The initial review can use a technical drawing, 3D file, physical sample, dimension sheet, reference images, or sketch. Capacity, neck, stability, material distribution, decoration, pump, cap, and packaging should be considered before tooling is approved.
Special caps may also require separate tooling, materials, finishes, and assembly testing. A cap that appears simple in a rendering can affect balance, fit, box dimensions, and production quantity. New bottle molds and special caps are assessed individually and may require higher MOQ, development cost, and sampling. Create a coordinated premium presentation
Rigid boxes, magnetic structures, drawer boxes, double-door presentations, and fitted inserts can be considered according to bottle weight, protection, artwork, and intended opening experience. Metallic detailing, hot stamping, embossing, textured paper, and controlled color can support the bottle without overwhelming it. The most effective project usually establishes a clear visual hierarchy between bottle form, cap, logo, and box.
The packaging must be developed from the final assembled empty bottle. Cap diameter, total height, pump and collar arrangement, label edges, coating, and bottle weight affect the tray and box. A box created from capacity alone can fit poorly even when another bottle holds the same volume. Dimensional information and physical samples are therefore central to a reliable set.

Component compatibility must be confirmed
The bottle neck, spray pump, dip tube, collar, and cap form one functional component chain. Crimp and screw necks require different matching systems. The cap must account for pump clearance, collar diameter, installation, internal retention, and final height. A dip tube is cut according to the internal bottle dimensions rather than selected as a universal length.

A new mold or cap tooling project may need technical samples before decorative samples begin. Complex finishes should be reviewed on the selected materials because digital mockups cannot confirm color, texture, metallic reflectivity, installation, or resistance during normal handling and packing.
MOQ depends on every selected production process. Existing bottle production, coating, printing, pumps, custom caps, rigid boxes, inserts, and special finishes can each have a different practical quantity. The final complete-set quantity may be determined by the highest applicable MOQ. Production and delivery planning begin only after the sample direction and commercial details are approved.
