This policy explains how project enquiry information may be handled when you contact YAMEI or submit requirements through the website.

Optional Visitor Poll

The workers’ days-off poll asks only for your selected answer, not your name or contact details. On the live website, the poll identifier and selected answer are submitted through Netlify Forms. Your browser remembers a submitted choice or dismissed invitation so that the invitation stays hidden on future visits. Browser storage can be cleared in your browser settings. This is an informal opinion poll, not a verified one-person-one-vote survey.

Information You May Provide

Information may include your name, company or brand details, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, country, estimated quantity, target launch date, and additional project requirements.

Project files may include logos, artwork, bottle or packaging reference images, and dielines.

How Information Is Used

YAMEI uses submitted information for requirement review, quotation, sampling, production communication, and customer communication related to your enquiry.

Website and Communication Services

YAMEI uses Netlify to host the website and process website form submissions and permitted file attachments. Information is shared with service providers only as needed to operate those functions and respond to the requested project communication.

Analytics and Advertising Measurement

The website loads Google Analytics 4 measurement ID G-7W1DN497RG to understand aggregated website visits and interactions, and Google Ads tag AW-16551951211 to measure advertising visits and confirmed enquiry conversions. The existing-design enquiry conversion is sent only after the form provider confirms a successful submission, not when a visitor opens the page or clicks the submit button.

YAMEI does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, uploaded files, or enquiry messages in advertising events. Google may process device, browser, interaction, and advertising data under its own terms and privacy practices.

Please provide only files you are authorized to share. Reference materials are used to understand the requested product direction and do not create a guarantee of exact replication.
