This policy explains how project enquiry information may be handled when you contact YAMEI or submit requirements through the website.

Information you may provide
Information may include your name, company or brand details, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, country, estimated quantity, target launch date, and additional project requirements.
Project files may include logos, artwork, bottle or packaging reference images, and dielines.
How information is used
YAMEI uses submitted information for requirement review, quotation, sampling, production communication, and customer communication related to your enquiry.
Website and communication services
YAMEI uses Netlify to host the website and process website form submissions and permitted file attachments. Information is shared with service providers only as needed to operate those functions and respond to the requested project communication.
Analytics and advertising measurement
The website loads Google Analytics 4 measurement ID G-7W1DN497RG to understand aggregated website visits and interactions, and Google Ads tag AW-16551951211 to measure advertising visits and confirmed enquiry conversions. The existing-design enquiry conversion is sent only after the form provider confirms a successful submission, not when a visitor opens the page or clicks the submit button.
The website also loads a website tracking script from Metricool (tracker.metricool.com) to measure visits and page views for YAMEI’s reporting. Metricool may process device, browser and page-visit data under its own terms and privacy practices. These scripts are not loaded on private order pages.
YAMEI does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, uploaded files, or enquiry messages in advertising or analytics events. Google may process device, browser, interaction, and advertising data under its own terms and privacy practices.

Please provide only files you are authorized to share. Reference materials are used to understand the requested product direction and do not create a guarantee of exact replication.

Order records and PayPal payments
YAMEI uses Supabase to store order details, access records and payment records. When you choose PayPal, we send the payment amount, currency, order reference and description to PayPal to process the payment. PayPal processes your payment credentials under its own terms and privacy policy; YAMEI does not receive your PayPal password or full card details.
We store transaction identifiers, payment status, amounts, fees and payer information returned by PayPal, including name and email where provided, to reconcile payments and handle refunds or disputes. PayPal scripts load on the customer order portal when this payment option is available. Private order pages do not load our Google Analytics or advertising tags.
