A Clear Concept Is Enough for an Initial Review

You do not need to have a completed technical drawing before contacting us. A clear concept, sketch, reference image, existing sample, or previously produced bottle can be used for an initial feasibility review.

02 - Production Direction

Define the Initial Requirement

No suitable bottle? Small-batch handmade bottles start from 500 pieces, with a minimum capacity of 30ml. Pricing is higher than standard catalogue bottles and depends on the complexity of the design. Small-batch customization covers bottles and packaging. New custom caps or spray pumps require at least 5,000 pieces, plus a separately quoted mold fee. Existing stock caps and pumps can be matched to smaller orders.

Quantity is collected for initial assessment only. Fully custom shapes and new molds may require separately quoted tooling.

Files are optional for initial review. Select only materials that are necessary at this stage.

You may select drawings, bottle photos, dimension sheets, sketches, reference images, logos, packaging artwork, or files from a previously produced bottle.

Please upload JPG, PNG or PDF files only. Each file must be 2 MB or smaller, with a maximum combined upload size of 6 MB. Maximum 5 files.

For large or confidential production files, please submit an initial reference file. YAMEI will arrange a suitable transfer method after reviewing your inquiry.
