You do not need a completed technical drawing before contacting us. A clear concept, sketch, reference image, existing sample, or previously produced bottle can support an initial feasibility review.

02 - Production Direction

Define the Initial Requirement

No suitable bottle? A bottle from your own mold is made on a fully automatic IS-machine line from 5,000 pieces. The unit price is slightly higher than a catalogue bottle, plus a one-time mold and sampling fee. Small-batch customization covers bottles, packaging and artificial stone caps. Custom caps need their own mold: from 300 pieces in artificial stone, 3,000 in resin or 5,000 in zinc alloy, plus a separately quoted mold fee. Spray pumps are not custom-made; choose from our stock range of finishes.

Quantity is collected for initial assessment only. Fully custom shapes and new molds may require separately quoted tooling.

Files are optional for initial review. Select only materials that are necessary at this stage.

Upload design files or reference materials

You may select drawings, bottle photos, dimension sheets, sketches, reference images, logos, packaging artwork, or files from a previously produced bottle.

Upload JPG, PNG or PDF only. Each file must be 2 MB or smaller; combined uploads must be 6 MB or smaller. Maximum 5 files.

For large or confidential production files, please submit an initial reference file. YAMEI will arrange a suitable transfer method after reviewing your inquiry.

Please avoid submitting highly confidential technical information unless necessary for the initial review.
