When a 300–500 unit route is practical
A small-batch route is most practical when the project can use a suitable existing bottle shape, available compatible components, an existing box structure, and a limited number of reviewed decoration processes. It is designed to create a coherent branded empty-packaging presentation for market testing, not to reproduce every feature of a large custom development program at a lower quantity.
When a new mold is not appropriate for a test run
A completely new bottle shape normally requires technical development, tooling, bottle trials, component review, and a higher production quantity. A new structural packaging mechanism or special molded insert can create similar development work. These requests need a separate custom review and should not be treated as confirmed within the 300–500 unit route.
Why packaging and decoration affect quantity
Printing, coating, frosting, hot stamping, boxes, inserts, and component matching each have setup and sampling conditions. The workable complete-set quantity can be controlled by the process or component with the highest applicable minimum. Selecting one or two important brand details usually creates a more proportionate first-run brief.
What happens after a feasibility result
The result directs you to a small-batch inquiry, standard project selection, or existing-design review. It does not send any information by itself. Final options, samples, price, lead time, quantity, and delivery planning are confirmed only after you choose a route and submit the relevant project information.
