Your Project, at a Glance

Plan a common foundation with clear variants

Choose shared components

Identify the bottle, pump and cap that could serve more than one product. Compatibility must be confirmed for the chosen assembly.

Separate artwork versions

List quantities and customer-approved artwork by version. Regional labeling requirements remain a separate confirmation.

Clarify each delivery scope

Distinguish a Singapore destination from any additional regional shipments before comparing packaging and logistics options.

What to send for the first review

Quantity per variant, shared component requirements, artwork versions, destination list and target project timing.

01

A China-based route for Singapore project teams

Singapore project teams often work across brand, retail, distribution, and packaging roles. YAMEI helps turn those requirements into one structured empty packaging project. The scope can cover an existing or reviewed bottle shape, pump, collar, cap, logo decoration, label, box, insert, samples, production follow-up, quality review, and delivery coordination.

YAMEI is not a Singapore factory, warehouse, or local finished-goods distributor. The company supplies and coordinates the empty bottle and packaging project from China. Perfume liquid, fragrance formulas, filling, finished perfume assembly, and flammable-liquid transportation are outside the service scope.

02

For brands, distributors, and packaging buyers

The page is suitable for Singapore fragrance brands, beauty businesses adding a scent line, packaging buyers, regional distributors, and teams bringing a customer project into production. Each project can be reviewed around its intended market, quantity, packaging presentation, artwork, delivery destination, and cooperation model.

A distributor or channel partner may have a customer brief but not every technical file. Reference images, a bottle sample, dimensions, a logo, and a written presentation direction can support an initial review. YAMEI keeps the project centered on the customer requirements rather than presenting an online catalog of fixed SKUs.

03

Coordinate the component system before decoration

Bottle, pump, dip tube, collar, cap, and box must be reviewed as a compatible system. The neck and pump attachment, tube length, collar clearance, cap inner diameter, total height, and insert support all affect the final empty package. Components that look similar in a reference image may not be mechanically interchangeable.

Decoration is evaluated after the surface and process are understood. Logo printing, hot stamping, labels, coating, frosting, and color finishing can be considered where the selected material and geometry support them. Samples help confirm the relationship between the bottle, components, artwork, and packaging before production conditions are finalized.

04

Packaging for regional product presentation

A bottle and box set may need to present consistently across several customer or distribution contexts, but the packaging still has to fit the actual assembled empty bottle. Box dimensions, insert material, cap clearance, removal direction, weight, and protection should be reviewed before artwork and finishing are locked.

Existing box structures can be adapted with selected paper, printing, hot stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, or other reviewed finishes. A new structural design or special mechanism may change the sampling, tooling, quantity, and cost requirements. Catalogue combinations start from 300 pieces; logo printing or color coating starts from 500. Handmade bottles start from 500 pieces and 30ml. New custom caps or pumps require 5,000 pieces plus mold fees.

05

Review existing structures before new mold development

An existing bottle and packaging foundation can make an early launch or regional test easier to evaluate. The brand can concentrate on a cap direction, color, logo, label, or presentation finish while keeping the underlying structure proportionate to the expected quantity. This route does not guarantee fixed stock or a fixed low MOQ.

A new bottle mold or fully new packaging structure can be reviewed when the concept cannot be achieved with suitable existing options. Drawings, 3D files, samples, dimensions, and quantity expectations are useful for that assessment. Larger quantity can support more options, but quantity alone never guarantees feasibility or requires a fully custom route.

06

What to include in a Singapore or regional brief

The more clearly a regional project separates essential requirements from market-specific variations, the easier it is to compare options. Include the following information and identify whether the request covers one brand, several customer projects, or an ongoing supply relationship.

  • Project type, destination market or markets, quantity, capacity, and target timing
  • Bottle shape, material, neck system, pump, collar, and cap preferences
  • Logo artwork, color, coating, label, printing, and finishing requirements
  • Box structure, insert, artwork, protection, and presentation priorities
  • Customer reference images, samples, dimensions, drawings, or existing dielines
  • Whether the inquiry is for one brand project, distribution supply, or ongoing cooperation

07

Samples, quality review, and delivery coordination

Samples allow the project team to review physical dimensions, assembly, decoration, box fit, insert support, and presentation before production. Sample fees and related logistics costs apply. A sample is a decision point and does not represent a fixed price, fixed delivery date, or guaranteed production outcome.

Once the empty packaging specification is reviewed, YAMEI coordinates production follow-up and quality checks. Delivery conditions are assessed using the destination, quantity, packed volume, weight, protection, and selected process. Different markets or customer projects may require separate packing and document reviews.

08

When an existing design needs a separate review

If a Singapore or regional customer already has a bottle drawing, 3D file, physical sample, sketch, or previously produced bottle, it should enter the existing-design production review rather than be forced through a standard shape configurator. YAMEI can assess whether an existing option, modification, or new mold is the most practical route.

The final decision depends on structure, components, decoration, packaging, quantity, samples, tooling, and delivery requirements. The review does not promise identical reproduction, free engineering, free mold development, fixed MOQ, fixed pricing, or a guaranteed launch date.

Project Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is YAMEI a local perfume bottle factory in Singapore?

No. YAMEI is based in China. It supplies and coordinates empty perfume bottle and packaging projects from China for Singapore brands, distributors, packaging buyers, and teams managing regional launches.

Can YAMEI coordinate a bottle, pump, cap, box, and insert as one project?

Yes. The complete empty package can be reviewed as one project. Catalogue combinations start from 300 pieces; logo printing or color coating starts from 500. Handmade bottles start from 500 pieces and 30ml. New custom caps or pumps require 5,000 pieces plus mold fees.

Can the same packaging direction be used for several markets?

A coordinated bottle and box foundation can be reviewed for a wider regional project, but artwork, labeling, dimensions, quantities, and delivery requirements may differ. Each version should be confirmed before production rather than assumed to be interchangeable.
