A 100ml bottle is rarely the volume seller, but it sets the ceiling of a range and carries the gifting occasion. Its presence changes how the rest of the line is priced, which is why brands often introduce it alongside a 50ml rather than on its own.

It is also the format where construction is most visible. A thin base or an underweight cap reads immediately at this size, so weight, glass distribution and base thickness are checked more closely than on smaller formats.

Freight and packaging consequences

A 100ml bottle carries a real freight cost, and the gap widens once a rigid box and a fitted tray are added. Shipping responsibility follows the quotation and the agreed trade term; FOB, CIF, EXW and other terms can be discussed per project.

Transport strength matters more at this size. Carton structure, inner tray fit and packing method are reviewed together rather than after the bottle is confirmed.
