Why 30ml suits a first production run

At 30ml a brand can price a product as a complete fragrance rather than a trial size, which protects margin in a way that 10ml and 15ml formats rarely do. The bottle is also light enough that a full first run ships without the freight penalty a 100ml flagship carries.

The practical consequence is inventory risk. A 300-piece run of 30ml bottles ties up far less capital than the same run at 100ml, so a brand can test a fragrance, a name and a packaging direction before committing to a larger format or a dedicated mold.

Necks, pumps and filling compatibility

Most 30ml references in this collection use a 15mm crimp neck, which is the common standard for perfume spray assemblies and the easiest to match to an existing crimp pump and collar. A smaller group uses a 13mm neck, and a few use an 18mm screw neck where a screw cap or a different closure is intended.

YAMEI does not fill bottles or handle perfume liquid. Bottles and components are selected so that filling is practical on your side: confirm your filler neck specification, pump type and capacity tolerance against an approved sample before bulk production.

Decoration and what it does to the minimum

A 30ml bottle taken from the catalogue with an available stock cap and pump starts from 300 pieces. Adding logo printing or a sprayed colour coating moves the minimum to 500 pieces, because those processes are set up per run rather than drawn from existing stock.

A complete set follows the highest applicable minimum among its components and processes. If you want a new cap or spray pump designed specifically for the project, that component sits outside the small-batch route and starts from 5,000 pieces plus a separately quoted mold fee.
